Assuming you are serious about solving your particular problem area, then we would start with a FREE EXPLORATION SESSION for 20-30 minutes if you have any questions about Cognitive-Behavioural Hypnotherapy and how we will work together, and what can and cannot be treated with Hypnotherapy.
